We accept returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email admin@zouqly.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account details you provide.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at admin@zouqly.com. We will resolve it at no additional cost.

Important Note on Delivery Charges

Please note that our logistics and fulfilment operations involve a fixed handling and delivery fee of AED 18 which covers the cost of processing, packaging, and last-mile delivery. As this cost is incurred at the time of dispatch — regardless of return — it is considered a non-refundable operational expense and will be deducted from your refund where applicable. This is standard practice across UAE e-commerce fulfilment and is consistent with our Shipping Policy.
